Subject: September workshop

Dear TCCTF members and friends,
On September 20, TCCTF is giving a workshop of "Foreclosure" of the real estate to all of our members and friends.
It has been longer than a year that real estate market going bearish. Those large and beautiful houses usually selling at an unreachable high price ,now a lot of those are on "foreclosure" sale because of the severe bear market, and the prices look unreasonable cheap.
If you have been dreaming to own a better house and been unable to afford, now it is time to look again.
If you are renting now, then it is time to think over. It may be cheaper to own one through "Foreclosure " deal than to pay rent.
If you have extra money and been hesitate to invest in stock market for its high risk. Real estate can be a good resource to consider, especially when it is buyer's market like this.
In this workshop we will have two great speakers to share their expertise with us and will cover most of the important issues of the "Foreclosure" deal.
Maywa Yei will be the moderator of the meeting, She'll try to answer all of the questions you have. And we want to make sure that you really find it helpful after this meeting. Besides,"Maggiano" is a beautiful place for seminar and a great Italian food to eat . I wish you can come. The seats are limited (55 THE MOST). Please make reservation as soon as possible. The contact persons are:
