Need A Roommate (available now)Looking for a roommate to share a 1/1room  in a 2/2.5 tomhouse at Tampa Palm area(on Bruce B. Down), it's about 10~15 min away from USF. The house is fully furnished with washer/dryer. cable and wireless internet include. The community is called Faircrest, it's a gated community and has swimming pool/jacuzzi/gym room, a very nice and quiet environment.The rent is $425/month plus half electricity.
