Super Wal-Mart Shopping Trip

Friday, November 9 2007, FI will take a Grocery/Household Item shopping trip
to the Super Wal-Mart in New Tampa. We plan to leave the BCM/FI building at
10:00 a.m. NEW HOURS. And return when the shopping is done. This is
specifically a time for those who have no vehicle and/or just need a ride to
the store. If meeting at the building on campus is not convenient, we are
also able to pickup at the following places.  Schedule stops 10:05

International Thanksgiving Celebration 

Saturday, November 17th, (2:00-6:30 FI will have its annual Thanksgiving
Party at the Woltmann’s home in Lutz, FL. This will be a fun time of food,
music, games, and learning more of the true meaning of Thanksgiving, one of
the U.S.’s biggest holidays. Everyone is asked to bring a food dish from
their home country, drinks, or dessert to share. Transportation can be
provided.   If you have your own car and wish to arrive on your own,

Host Meal Opportunity – North American Family

The Host Meal opportunity involves visiting a North American family who
would like to have you to their home for a meal. If you would like to sign

interested in getting to know you as you learn more about the culture and

Conversational English Classes

Friends of Internationals offers English conversational classes open to all
students, scholars, and their families. These classes are FREE. The English
classes meet every Tuesday 1:00pm-2:30pm and Friday 1:00pm-2:30pm at the
BCM. English classes Tuesday Evening meet 7:00pm-9:00pm. at the BCM. All are
Welcome!
