a warm WELCOME to the new students and encourage each and every one to email

Clearwater Beach Trip

When: Saturday October 13, 2007   from 9am-5pm   Cost: $8 per person, please
bring additional money for meals, extra activities, and spending money.
Available activities:  Clearwater Aquarium $17.95, Lunch Cruise $19.95,
Restaurants

We will meet at the BCM at 9:00 am. Pick up points at the following bus

Market/Campus Walk, 8:55A.M. Administration Building (covered area)

Super Wal-Mart Shopping Trip

 

Friday, October 12, FI will take a Grocery/Household Item shopping trip to
the Super Wal-Mart in New Tampa. We plan to leave the BCM/FI building at
10:00 a.m. NEW  HOURS. and return when the shopping is done. This is
specifically a time for those who have no vehicle and/or just need a ride to
the store. If meeting at the building on campus is not convenient, we are
also able to pickup at the following places.  Schedule stops 10:05
Administration bus stop:  wait under covered stop).10:10a.m. Bull Market/
Campus Walk bus stop on 42nd St. 10:15 A.M. Willow Brook/ Breckenridge bus
stop on 42nd St. ,  If you’d like to be picked up at any of these spots

 Conversational English Classes

 

Friends of Internationals offers English conversational classes open to all
students, scholars, and their families. These classes are FREE. The English
classes will meet every Tuesday 1:00pm-2:30pm and Friday 1:00pm-2:30pm

Also starting Tuesday October 2, evening English classes 7:00pm-9:00pm

Host Meal Opportunity – North American Family

 

The Host Meal opportunity involves visiting a North American family who
would like to have you to their home for a meal. If you would like to sign

interested in getting to know you as you learn more about the culture and
people here in the United States.
