Hello TSA,

I'd like to take this moment and share with you the attached "New
Student Handbook" prepared by the Taiwanese students at University of
Florida, also available at

I came across this handbook when I was writing Hsiao-Yun's reply from
last week.  I have to say, "I AM IMPRESSED, very very impressed!"  It
would be really nice of us if we could put together something sincere
and convenient like this in a collective manner to better prepare our
fellow new students coming from Taiwan and any-place-else.  Not only
it's a good way to promote and reflect the caliber of our student
association, it definitely makes you feel represented and proud being
part of USF -- The Bull Pride!  

I would like to invite everyone to participate in this project "TSA
Handbook".  As with any projects, it'd be nice to have a few team
leaders.  So if you're interested in this position, please I encourage
you to reply to this message.  Thank you.
