Library 2.0 - Explore where USF meets, studies, and connects

Check out Library 2.0 - the Tampa Library's Open House on Tuesday,
September 4 from 11am - 1pm.  Librarians will be showcasing our newest
technology, resources, and services: 

*	Find out how to add a USF Libraries gadget to your iGoogle
homepage 
*	Check out our new application for viewing, downloading and
searching for digitized items from our Special Collections 
*	Explore our new library catalog interface and features of our
new database management tool 
*	Talk to our knowledgeable and friendly librarians and find out
how they can help you succeed! 


In addition to learning about the Library, you can visit with
representatives from the following areas:

*	College of Visual and Performing Arts - Find out what art
exhibitions, concerts, recitals, plays, and other events are being
planned for the fall semester 
*	Athletics - Get copies of the fall schedules and up-to-date info
on your favorite players - Go Bulls! 
*	Academic Computing - Don't know what a NetID is?  Having trouble
with your student email?  Visit the Open House and all your questions
will be answered. 
*	MoBull Plus - Get connected with other students and get instant
info on what's up around campus 
*	Career Center - Need a part-time job?  Trouble with your resume?
Meet the friendly and helpful folks from the Career Center at Library
2.0 
*	Volunteer USF - Like giving back to your community? Well spend
some time with Volunteer USF to discover all the ways that YOU can make
a difference 
*	Student Government - Meet and discuss with your student
government representatives and find out how YOU can get involved.   


All learning and no play is no fun! To help out, we'll have cake and
lemonade to celebrate the new academic year, great door prizes, our
resident body-painter will be on hand for some glitter tattoos, and you
can amaze your parents by getting a "READ" poster made of you - holding
a book!
