[Genealib] Genealogy periodical usage

Hi Nancy,
I think cataloging the periodicals increases the chances for usage. I have
found in my dept. the typical genealogy patron is visiting from out of town
and doesn't use circulating materials.
The periodicals are kept in the genealogy/local history dept. but I've been
contemplating moving them to adult circulation where they will get more
exposure by patrons who are browsing general periodicals.
