[Genealib] Post village vs post office

Thank you to all who responded.  I received the OED entry in off-list
responses as well.  I think the OED entry affirms my guess that a post
village could be a town along a post road, but without a true post
office. Since gazetteers of the time period use both terms in the same
volume, there has to be some kind of distinction between the two terms
in that context.
