[Genealib] Library of Last Resort - LOC

Thank you Laura and Charlotte. I did forget about the entering the symbol in
five times and possibly that is the reason I never heard from them. I will
try again. Your help is appreciated and will let you know if it worked.

I believe you can go through First Search, but must put the symbol for LOC
in all 5 slots.  I found the directions for how to do an ILL through them;
I think in the loan policies section in First Search.
