[Genealib] Photograph collections

Hello,

 

I am looking for information on what other organizations are doing to
control their photograph collections.  Right now we do not do anything
in place, so conceivably someone could come in scan them then copy and
sell them for personal profit.  

 

I am curious to see what other institutions are doing regarding
reproduction agreements, fee structures, crediting  etc.  

 

Any information would be appreciated.
