		If you are planning to attend the ALA annual conference
in Chicago, consider joining colleagues at the History Section dinner at
the Italian Village restaurant.  Details are below with our menu and set
price.
		
		PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY JULY 2 IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.  I
need to give the restaurant an estimate of the number of guests in the
History Section party.   Persons making a last minute decision to attend
the dinner will be welcome, but the restaurant prefers close to an
accurate count several days ahead.  Let me know if you have any
