[Genealib] On=Line Library Class

I just wanted to say that I have taken this online class and it is excellent. I think it really works well for those who help sevice those with genenalogy needs.  It goes beyond just teaching basic genealogy. It also advises you on how to help others and how to direct those with genealogy related reference questions.
