[Genealib] researchers list

We have a "sign in" page titled Surnames You are Researching. It is a
simple chart for people to enter the surname(s), their contact
information, and the date. It sits out on a research table so it is
clear that there is nothing private about it. I have a version that is
typed and sorted by surname being researched. When a written page is
filled in I add the new information to the typed list in order and print
it out again. I keep about 2 years worth of information there. What's
outdated is not something I worry about since I delete entries as the
entry gets old. It's a "use at your own risk" type of system.

Do any of you have a file or list similar to "Who's Researching Who in X
County" available to the public in your library? Do you have a policy
concerning privacy as it relates to this issue? How do you deal with
outdated emails and other info in the file? Thanks for your input.
