That's when they changed their name to Everton's Genealogical Helper (according to my library catalog).  So you should find evidence of this magazine up to Jan/Feb 2009 and that's when they fade away again.

Does anyone have an issue after v. 58, no. 3 (May/June 2004)? I have looked at various library catalogs and found one entry that mentions a Nov./Dec. 2004 issue. Other libraries seem to show their holdings as ending with 58:3.
