[Genealib] African American Funeral Program Collection

I'm very pleased and excited to announce that our African American Funeral
Program Collection went online today. This is a collaboration between us
(East Central Georgia Regional Library) and the Digital Library of Georgia.
This is an ongoing project and we would welcome any contributions of more
funeral programs.
