[Genealib] Michigan abolishes Dept. of History, Arts and Libraries

Sandy's message brought to mind that contacting the Governor probably
won't be enough. Michigan state senators and representatives need to
feel pressure, too. There are 38 Senators and 110 Representatives and
it is rather tedious to do it but... I sent messages to all 38
Senators today and will work on the House tomorrow. My message also
mentioned the Michigan historical and genealogical societies to which
I belong so I at least showed a Michigan connection despite being an
out-of-stater.
