 as always you call the DAR and get Eric and GETR AN ANSWER  thanks  maybe these should come your way they are intereting  and have printed dates in the text of the book of 1935 and i also found 1938.. so these are later  you might know the place they came from Hanscom Air Base and went for .99 each volume  i asked him to go back and see if the others were there but the lady clerk said that was all that was turned into them for sale.. thank you I will pass this along to him  he is an ABBOTT LAB chemist and was just interested in the Beautiful gold gilt bindings.  Steve Seames old Guard SAR MAINE

By searching the Library of Congress
catalog with the call number, these entries appear for the following, which
means Encyclopedic Dictionary [I
took Russian in college back in the dark ages]. There are 1861 and 1933 editions,
but the record indicates that there are only 53 volumes. Perhaps the ones you
have are from a later edition.

Folks:

 a friend recently bought at a goodwill store three volumes in russian
that were in a military library before being discarded  we are trying to
figure out what they are  they call numbers are:

RES  for reserve I believe

AE

55

E66

he has vol 41 etc.. 

there is at elast 55 volumes in the set as he has #55.



any suggestions would be appreciated
