[Genealib] [MODERATOR] One recipient only (just GENEALIB)

GENEALIB is set up so that messages are automatically held if you try
to send to GENEALIB *and* to another recipient at the same time. This
means that many messages to the list must be manually released by me
when they are sent to the list plus to an individual.
So, to make my life a little easier, would you make sure that GENEALIB
is the only recipient of a message sent to GENEALIB? Don't send to or
CC anyone else (or any other list) at the same time. If you want to
include other recipients, you can always BCC them (since GENEALIB
won't see that).
In the future, I'll be rejecting messages that are being sent to more
than one e-mail address, instead of just releasing them.
