[Genealib] [MODERATOR] Replying to messages

To all GENEALIB subscribers:

Because some people have quotas on the amount of e-mail they can
receive (total size of e-mail, not just numbers of individual
messages), it would be best if you do *not* include an *entire*
original message when replying to it.  It would be *best* if you
include only relevant *parts* of a message that you are replying to
*only* if that part is helpful for understanding the meaning of your
reply.  Feel free to edit out (from the original message) the hellos,
the signatures, and everything else but the specific question or point
you are replying to.  Edit, edit, edit.  Please.

And whatever you do, please do not include an entire *digest* of
messages when replying.  There is no rationale for that.
