Hi Andrea.

My number is 877-763-6351. The publisher has replied back to our last
claim for a replacement copy for the Jan 2009 issue that was received
damaged. They advised that the issue was not available so your expire
date was extended. The reply should now show on your claim checker
and/or claims viewed on EBSCONET. 

Also, this title is now listed as SUSPENDED effective with the April
2009 issue.
