We accept "published" family histories (including collections of family group sheets and family history narratives) whether hardbound, paperbound, or just in binders. We do not accept unorganized materials because our material selection policy exempts manuscript materials from our collections; those manuscript materials are the province of our local historical museum's collection. Unless you have specific means of cataloging and storing such materials (for example, an existing manuscript collection), I would recommend you not accept them and instead recommend they be placed in an appropriate depository that has such facilities.
