Ancestry has a webinar on getting started as well as many others. Free,
don't need to have a subscription, viewable at any time.

Subject: [Genealib] Tutorial For Ancestry?
I am in need of some help to prepare for an Ancestry Library Edition
workshop that I will be leading next week for the public. I'm still quite
new in my current position and have had very limited experience with the
Ancestry database to date. Does anyone have a tutorial or other teaching aid
that they might share with me?
Many thanks!
Andra
