The Library of Michigan has an institutional subscription, and we love it.
Content is terrific, and getting better all the time. Naturalizations and city directories (Detroit!) are among the most popular resources. I'm a big fan of the FBI Case Files, too.
The images are first-rate, and the filmstrip feature makes browsing much more user-friendly. The annotation features, as Ernie indicated below, really make it much more interactive and useful to patrons. Thanks.

We have an institutional subscription and like it.
Patrons use it for Civil War pension index cards (sometimes different from the AncestryLibrary.com cards, sometimes including death dates), complete Revolutionary War service records, naturalization records, and the like. If a unit is known, it is possible to search index cards either by name or by drilling down by state, then type of unit, then number of unit, then company, then last name.
The images are excellent, but at such a detailed resolution that they sometimes take quite a while to spool to print.
We like the fact that the hard-to-read images have transcriptions and that people can add these to make Footnote.com more useful.
