[Genealib] Virkus "Compendium of American Genealogy"

We have a page torn out of Frederick A. Virkus' "Abridged Compendium of American Genealogy: First Families of America".  It is Volume I page 833-834.  This is the 1925 edition.  If you have a copy of this book I'd really appreciate it if you could either photocopy and mail me these pages, or scan it in and attach the scan to a return email.
