[Genealib] Genealogical periodical usage

Ebsco Academic Search or Masterfile Premier.   Something that most patrons
in most libraries have access to.  And I'd be referring to major general
interest genealogy periodicals.  So many of them have queries or even
topical articles where names would be mentioned.

WorldVitalRecords.com gets a little closer with Everton's but their search
interface is hopeless.   I'd rather see them indexed in something likely to
be available to public library patrons like an Ebsco database.
