[Genealib] Camera Use Policy - I would like to see discussion on t he list

As a patron, I admit I've photgraphed the shelves :) so I could remember what books the library had and what I had used or not used- yes, I could use the catalog but the photos really did help jog my memory. Some catalogs aren't as complete as one would hope - the pictures really do tell the story.
