[Genealib] camera use policies

Dear Susan, 
The use of cameras (without flash) is much easier on your books, manuscripts, 
etc.  I've seen much damage done trying to flatten out tightly bound books for 
photocopying. 
Our small non-profit genealogical library has no policy on the use of cameras.
We would have a problem with patrons standing on our chairs.
