[Genealib] researchers for hire lists?

[Local History]

Due to budget cuts in FY10, we will be referring most of our off site (phone, email, mail) genealogy patrons to researchers for hire.  We do this informally now with a few requests a month but will be doing this daily after July.  For those who provide lists, do you have any policies or procedures to share?
