Hi Kristen,

I track the NARA film catalog in my LiveRoots.com project, and link the
films to Ancestry and Footnote databases as they are released. I just
updated the NARA films today. You can search for by series number, but keep
in mind some have multiple entries and you need to search on the specific
series number (e.g. T625B is rolls 201-400). You can also keyword search if
you don't know the series number.

The T625 series have been on NARA for a while, so I'm surprised they would
update a set, rather than add a new one.

Live Roots is updated daily, so if anyone publishes new data from a NARA
film, you'll see it cataloged on the site.

Subject: [Genealib] Missing Districts from the 1920 Chicago Census

I recently discovered that enumeration districts 819-839 for the 14th ward
of Chicago in 1920 are not on Ancestry.com and were not included in the
original filming by NARA. According to the website www.alookatcook.com
<http://www.alookatcook.com/> these districts are now available on NARA
film T625-323 (Part II). Does anyone know if these images are available
anywhere else online? I tried looking on HeritageQuest and
WorldVitalRecords but couldn't find them there either. I wonder if these
districts will be included in the new familysearch website? If they're not
available online, does anyone have experience borrowing films from NARA?
What all is involved?
