[Genealib] Missing Districts from the 1920 Chicago Census

I recently discovered that enumeration districts 819-839 for the 14th
ward of Chicago in 1920 are not on Ancestry.com and were not included in
the original filming by NARA.  According to the website
www.alookatcook.com <http://www.alookatcook.com/>  these districts are
now available on NARA film T625-323 (Part II).  Does anyone know if
these images are available anywhere else online?  I tried looking on
HeritageQuest and WorldVitalRecords but couldn't find them there either.
I wonder if these districts will be included in the new familysearch
website?  If they're not available online, does anyone have experience
borrowing films from NARA?  What all is involved?
