[Genealib] Ancestry workshop

I will be presenting a training session to all staff in our library
system about using Ancestry Library Edition so they can assist
researchers who come in for help.  Most of these staff are not "into"
their own genealogy (yet!). This will be a 45 minute presentation
followed by hands-on assignments.  If you only had 45 minutes to teach
staff the basics of showing researchers how to use Ancestry Library
Edition, what do you consider the essentials to include?  Thanks for
