Thanks, but I wrote it as an employee of the WV State Archives.  We just
ask for acknowledgement of the source, since it was in our free
newsletter.  We actually encourage others to reprint/reuse our articles
and handouts created from articles, as long as the source is cited.  I
didn't see a bibliography or a credit on this Web page.  

Thanks to those of you who identified the operator of the site.  I'll
send him a friendly e-mail with a few questions.

Susan, if anyone takes your work and uses without your permission, you
may have a case for copyright infringement. Several years ago I received
a (modest) settlement when a web site did exactly that.
