Assuming it was the Fergus Falls State Hospital (which was primarily a
mental hospital but also had tuberculosis patients), your best bet for
finding the records is the Minnesota Historical Society:

Subject: [Genealib] TB sanitorium
One of my patrons was told her grandmother contracted TB and was sent to
a sanitarium. She lived in Austin, MN and the sanitarium was in Fergus
Falls, MN. The best she can do on the date is probably the 1920s. Can
anyone give any advice on how she might confirm this information? What
records might still exist and where they might be?
