How we handle them is that we put them in surname folders and have a list of
the folders available. However, I have to think that there has to be some
way to scan these and make use of the scans.

Subject: [Genealib] Cataloging Family Group Sheets
I am volunteering at the Fiske Genealogical Library in Seattle, WA. We
recieve many donations. Some of these include family group sheets and other
individual research notes. We know these are important to keep but are
stumped with the best method to catalog these types of records to let people
know what we have. How do others handle these types of material?
Thanks!
Amber Brock
