[Genealib] Cataloging Family Group Sheets

I am volunteering at the Fiske Genealogical Library in Seattle, WA. We recieve many donations. Some of these include family group sheets and other individual research notes. We know these are important to keep but are stumped with the best method to catalog these types of records to let people know what we have. How do others handle these types of material?
