[Genealib] Palatine Immigrant and Der Kurier missing issues

My department is trying to fill in some gaps so that we can bind
complete volumes. If anyone has extra copies of the titles we are
missing I would love to have them and would be happy to reimburse
postage. Please note that there are some copies we can trade or give
