We are very lucky here in that we have a good relationship with our IT people. If we need them to install a newer version of any required software to use a database, they are glad to do it.

BTW, Footnote is very cool - my Dad is in there serving at Pearl Harbor. When I printed out the list of fellow submariners for him last Dec 7th, he was very animated at seeing the names of the men he served with back in 1941!. (unsolicited testimonial.)
