[Genealib] America's GenealogyBank adds new features

America's GenealogyBank (the library version of GenealogyBank) has
added several new features - in the Historical Newspapers section.

They are:
 •
The ability to search a specific newspaper
The ability to search newspapers by city
The ability to limit searches to just content added in the past one, two or
three months
The ability to search by article type: for example - just advertisements;
just marriage announcements; just shipping articles etc.
