[Genealib] Flash: SSDI now free on GenealogyBank

  If there was no death payout the SSDI will not include their
  name. I believe this is listed on the database information at
  Social Security Admin. My father is not listed as he was divorced
  and his children grown so no payout; my grandfather is listed
  because my grandmother received a death payout.
