[Genealib] I need to access the GenLib archives

I need to get to the archives to find information on how to start a local history and genealogy collection for a small library that has almost nothing and is moving into much larger quarters, with a local history room.  I am also assembling other information to help a friend and seem to remember this topic discussed in the archives.
Could someone help me get back into the archives?  I did have directions, but these were lost in a motherboard meltdown a while back.
