[Genealib] Thanksgiving Hours for CT State Library

In 1936, as was the custom, Governor Wilbur L. Cross issued a
proclamation declaring a “day of Public Thanksgiving”. His eloquent
and poetic proclamation soon became a classic, requested year after year
by library patrons.  The text is available at

Reminder:  All State Library facilities will be closed on Thursday,
November 27th in honor of Thanksgiving Day. Regular hours will resume on
Friday, November 28th, and we are open normal Saturday hours (9:00
a.m.-2:00 p.m.) on November 29.
