   It appears to me that one can access the entire website, as it 
existed in early February 2008 (the last time the Wayback machine 
accessed it), by starting at 
<http://web.archive.org/web/20080201100150/http://www.cas.usf.edu/lis/genealib/>. 
As Drew pointed out, all contents are at least a year older than the 
archive date.
