Drew & Colleagues,

I am surprised how few noticed the Librarians Serving Genealogists site
being down since February of last year--but as they say, it is what it
is. Regardless, I would like to see the site resurrected, and enhanced
or expanded. Perhaps a task force could discuss the details of such an
effort and make recommendations.

Susan,

The USF School of Library and Information Science finally deleted the
Librarians Serving Genealogists site after I left the School back in
February 2007. Only one other person has seemed to notice that it was
gone (and that was back in August).

The content can still be accessed on the Wayback Machine (if anyone
needs instructions on how to do that, let me know).

I've been wondering if the GENEALIB subscribers would have any
interest in the site being resurrected. It's something I could work
on beginning in January if there's enough interest.

What do you all think?
