[Genealib] New INS Genealogy Program

I was not able to make the link work, so I 
went Googling.  There is a good bit of 
information at this address:

What caught my eye was the fact that this 
"enhanced" program for genealogists is priced 
to be entirely funded (including the usual 
overhead) by the fees we pay.  This snippet 
gives the fee scale:

"After considering the comments received on 
the proposed rule, the 
costs of providing this service, OMB 
requirements, and the fees charged 
for similar services, USCIS has decided to set 
the search and document 
reproduction fees for the Genealogy Program as 
follows:
     Index Search: $20.
     Copy of Document from Microfilm: $20.
     Copy of Textual File: $35."

It takes effect August 13, 2008.
