[Genealib] Castle Garden Destination Numbers

At the Castle Garden website (www.castlegarden.org) one of the pieces of information you get is a "destination number".  I didn't find a key to what these numbers mean on the Castle Garden website or anywhere else on the Internet.  I did find one mention in Rootsweb that 7328 meant the U.S. but no clue about what other numbers listed might mean.  Do any of you know where to find a key to these numbers?
