I've had a personal account for 3 or 4 years, and have
found it extremely useful. There are a lot of 
newspapers that aren't covered in other electronic
collections.

The interface used to be a bit clunky, and there
used to be some glitches (you'd be viewing some
results, and all of a sudden your search would
get wiped out, and you'd be back at the start-up
screen), but they've made improvements over the
last couple of years that make it much more
reliable.
