[Genealib] Poor quality of Comp. Confed. Service Records film

We have two rolls of the Compiled Confederate Service Records of Confederate Soldiers from Virginia that are basically unreadable. Both rolls are blurred from beginning to end. If any of you have these (Series 324, rolls 278 (Capt. Cayce's Co., Light Artly) and 279 (Capt. Chapman's Co., Light Arty)) and could see if yours are the same, could you let me know please? I don't want to contact NARA until I see if they were originally filmed badly or if we just have a bad reproduction.
