[Genealib] New library question **** arrangement

We do ours in a similar manner, but we do not use Dewey. For example, a
general North Carolina book would be:
						LH
						NC
						AAA

A book about Wayne County specifically would be:
						LH
						NC
						WAY

Next would be a decimal to represent what the item is about, for example
Cemetery Records would be .35 so a Wayne County, NC cemetery book would
be:
						LH
						NC
						WAY
If anyone would like our guide that lists our entire system, email me
off list at Maegen.wilson at waynegov.com
.35

Pam's reply made me realize I did not go far enough with my earlier
answer.
We do the same thing at Clayton ... general and then by counties but
within
those county sections, arranged by the Dewey number. In the state
section,
the 'general' books are in Dewey order.
In the family section, the Surname in alpha order, or by the "major"
surname.
