[Genealib] Charges for Obituaries

We charge $5.00 plus $.25 per copy for 1-3 obituaries. A lot of times I get
email requests that I can fill using the online newspaper archive and email
them a copy of it in return. If it is only 1 or 2 I will usually waive the
fee, unless they want a hard copy. The problem with doing that is that
occasionally the person will send me shopping lists of names afterward since
it doesn't cost them anything. I musthen tell them that I will have to
charge them for the service since it wouldn't be fair to our other patrons
or are being charged.

Subject: [Genealib] Charges for Obituaries

I am curious as to what other libraries charge for copying obituaries. I am
interested in the fees for requests by mail and email that you would receive
at your library.
