[Genealib] Re: Charges for Obituaries

We charge $3.00 for an obituary at the State Library of North Carolina.
That charge covers postage, etc. 

If someone wants to have an obituary scanned and emailed to them, it
would be $5.00 for the scan. (We have a separate program in the library
that covers all scanning. That is the fee they have set for the first
page scanned.)
